4. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are estimates based on available information at the time. Final pricing is subject to site inspection, material availability, and client approval. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations
Project schedules are determined based on availability and weather conditions. Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled work may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

6. Payment Terms
Payments are due as outlined in the provided quote or service agreement. A deposit may be required before work begins. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest and collection costs.

7. Use of Site and Content
